Two quotes for two different houses should be different. These are the factors that move the number, in rough order of impact:
- › System size and vent count — more supply vents and returns mean more openings to clean and seal; a two-system home is close to two jobs.

- › Access and layout — long runs, tight crawl spaces, and finished basements add working time.
