He saved me money by not cleaning my basement ceiling ducts (after he checked them) and was honest with me, not over-selling me on something I didn’t need! We discussed my dryer vent & again, after examining it, determined that my dryer had no airflow. I was able to add that service for a very reasonable cost. “They were nice, arrived on time and cleaned the vents,fan and dryer efficiently, but they did slightly damage my newly painted wall, broke my photo and left drywall particles in a few rooms. In addition, they tried to charge me a different base price than what was quoted and same for the dryer. After a discussion, the techs eventually got the pricing to reflect what was previously discussed. The manager personally called to apologize about the damage and was extremely kind. We were offered a compensation to fix our belongings, I appreciated that.”
