Pricing & Quotes
How do I know if a duct cleaning quote is fair?
Check the scope, not just the number: a real quote names the vent count, covers both supply and return sides plus trunk lines, and itemizes add-ons in writing. Fair pricing sits in the honest market range (national average ~$389; NADCA-standard jobs ~$450–$1,000). Already holding a quote? Send it through our free quote review and we'll give you an honest read — even if the answer is "take their deal."
Is the $99 air duct cleaning special legit?
Usually not. The FTC and NADCA both warn about bait-and-switch duct-cleaning coupons — the teaser price gets a truck in your driveway, and scare-based "findings" or a cosmetic 45-minute pass make up the difference. We break down the red flags in our scam guide.
How much does dryer vent cleaning cost?
The national average is about $145 (Angi, 2026). Vent length, roof terminations, and how clogged the line is move the price — see the dryer vent cost guide. We quote your exact vent for free, and cleaning it during a duct-cleaning visit is usually the most economical way to do both.
Air Duct Cleaning
How do I know if my air ducts need cleaning?
Common signs: visible dust puffing from vents when the system starts, dust that returns quickly after cleaning, musty smells when the heat or AC runs, worsening allergies indoors, or ducts that have never been cleaned since the home was built or renovated. We photograph the inside of your ducts so you can see the condition for yourself.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
For most Northeast Ohio homes, every 3–5 years is a good rule of thumb — sooner if you have shedding pets, allergies or asthma in the family, recent renovation or construction dust, or you've just moved into a home with unknown duct history.
How long does a duct cleaning take?
A typical single-family home takes a few hours depending on the size of the system and the number of vents. Many of our customers mention we finished in about three hours. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Will duct cleaning make a mess in my home?
No — the process works under negative pressure, which pulls debris into our equipment instead of your living space. Our technicians protect floors and corners, and we leave your home as clean as we found it.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Why is dryer vent cleaning important?
Lint is highly flammable, and clogged dryer vents are one of the leading causes of house fires in the U.S. A blocked vent also forces your dryer to run longer and hotter — so clothes take multiple cycles and your energy bill climbs. We clean the full line, from the drum connection to the exterior cap.
How often should I have my dryer vent cleaned?
Once a year for most households — more often if you do a lot of laundry, have a long vent run, or notice clothes taking longer than one cycle to dry.
What are the warning signs of a clogged dryer vent?
Clothes taking more than one cycle to dry, a burning smell while the dryer runs, the dryer or laundry room feeling unusually hot, and little or no airflow at the outside vent cap. If any of these sound familiar, book a cleaning soon.
Commercial Service
Do you clean ducts for businesses as well as homes?
Yes — we provide commercial air duct cleaning and commercial dryer vent cleaning for offices, restaurants, salons, laundromats, and facilities across Greater Cleveland. We can schedule after hours to avoid disrupting your business.
Can you handle recurring commercial service?
Absolutely. We build recurring schedules around your operating hours, document every visit with before/after photos, and coordinate multiple locations under one point of contact. Ask us about a commercial program proposal.
