Actual pricing depends on system size, condition, accessibility, and scope discovered on site, and is confirmed with you before any work begins. An estimate is not a contract to perform work at that price.

3. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. You agree to provide safe access to the work areas and disclose known hazards (asbestos, mold, pests, structural issues). Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.

4. Payments

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash. Card payments are handled by third-party processors; returned payments may incur bank fees. Promotional offers apply only per their stated terms and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Our Workmanship Commitment

We photograph every job before and after and follow NADCA-aligned source-removal procedures. If you believe the work was not performed as described, notify us within 48 hours and we will inspect and, where warranted, re-clean the affected portion. Specific written guarantees, if any, are stated on their own terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where arbitration does not apply, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

12. Intellectual Property

Site content — text, photos, and branding — belongs to Ben's Air Duct Cleaning or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

13. Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement
